Guide for Enrolled Members

If you have medical and dental plans with Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and you were diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition (other than pregnancy), then you may have been automatically enrolled in Dental Xtra.

If you don’t know whether you’re enrolled in the program, you can follow these simple steps to check:

  1. Log into Blueprint Portal
  2. On the “Select a Plan” page, click on your dental plan
  3. Click the button “Access Dental Center” in the bottom right of the following page
  4. This will take you to your dental benefits portal, where you’ll find your enrollment status in the “Covered Services” section at the top

If you aren’t enrolled, but you have a qualifying condition and would like to take advantage of Dental Xtra, you can self-enroll here.

Once you’re enrolled in the program, you’ll receive a welcome letter and follow-up letters that explain the significance of the mouth-body connection and how the program can improve your quality of life.
